COVID-19

From the beginning of this COVID-19 situation we vowed to keep the health and safety of our community, team and patients as our top priority and the time has come to take action with our words. As a result of the most recent COVID-19 updates from government and health authorities, we feel it is prudent and responsible to temporarily suspend our operations at this time.

All treatments will be cancelled as of March 17, 2020, until we receive more clarity on the situation (likely for the next two weeks). Protecting the health of you and our team is our number one priority to help limit the spread of COVID-19. Moving forward, online booking will temporarily be unavailable for the next few weeks.

This has been a very difficult decision for us and we are grateful for your support and understanding. We understand that this will be an inconvenience for many of you, but we hope you understand that the greater health of yourself and others at this time is extremely important. We wish you and your families good health during this challenging time. We look forward to welcoming you back to our clinic when it is safe to do so.

We are currently looking into the option of Telehealth which will allow for virtual treatments with our physiotherapists. We will provide more information as we work through the logistics.

If you have an appointment in the next two weeks could you please CONFIRM that you got this email. This would be greatly helpful with the amount of calls we have to do. We are tentatively going to open back up Monday, March 30, 2020, but we will continue to update everyone as we receive more information.
