 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I injured my hand recently and was recommended by my RMT to see an acupuncturist to speed up recovery. My friends recommended Dr. He and I was able to easily book an appointment via JaneApp. He explained my hand issue was actually caused by an earlier forearm injury which stressed the tendons in my hand. He performed some strong massage to my arm and hand and then did some acupuncture to increase blood flow. My hand felt better the next day and it seems to be recovering quickly. I appreciated that Dr. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. Friendly and professional!

I’ve treated my daughter who is a gymnast, I’ve treated my dad and my mom at Dr. He and all three are very appreciative of his ability to help them when in need. The staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The physiotherapists take the time to listen to concerns and develop a personalized treatment plan. The clinic is clean, well-equipped, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit comfortable. I have recently been seeing Salma and Madhu for lower back pain, and the improvement has been amazing. They are both attentive, skilled, and truly focused on helping their patients recover. After just a few sessions, I’ve already noticed significant progress. Booking appointments is easy, and the reception staff are always helpful and accommodating.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Plaza Physiotherapy has been a great help with my preventative care and allowing me to get my flexibility and strength back. All their Physiotherapists are well versed in Preventative Physiotherapy as well as an array of other helpful treatments. The front staff are happy and confident and extremely helpful with questions I had. They also have RMT and Acupuncture services.
